iPhone 17 pro max

i have ordered new iPhone 17 pro max with a sim plan and even paid 100 pounds up front and the amount has been deducted from of my account but i haven't gotten any confirmation mail nor any tracking number anything what should i do?

If you haven't received a confirmation email I would probably call EE to double check the order went through ok.

Welcome to the community,

Could you please check your junk/spam folder, as it may well have gone there?

The payment should be pending until EE dispatch your phone.

Which colour and storage size did you order? One of the guides will be able to see how stock is, as these are new phones.

Make sure that you have the DPD App, if you do not already have it, as DPD will let you know up to the evening before dispatch and another one on the day of delivery with a pin number which you will need to show the driver in order to receive your device.
