As this is a new product, I suspect there is a wait, as it is a first come first serve and depends when you ordered and how many EE received. We have no idea, cannot see any accounts or know who you are as this is a public forum.
You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number, which you have to show the driver before receiving your items.
Just keep an eye on the DPD App.
