I know how eager you'll be to receive your order, especially if it's for a birthday present. 

If you let me know the colour and memory size you've chosen, I will be able to double check the stock for you, along with the approximate wait times.

Once stock is assigned to your order, you will receive further updates. From there, DPD will then reach out directly and let you know your delivery date and timeslot. One of the easiest ways to track this will be using the DPD app.

Hi could you please let me know the wait times for a iphone17 pro max cosmic orange 256gb ordered on the 12th september didnt get ordered until 4pm as your system crashed had to wait 3 hours haha

iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange ordered after 3pm on the 12th September had a delivery guidance of "Available to order (Expect despatch within 21 days)". 

If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.

All three colour variants of the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB currently have an estimated delivery guidance of 'within 28 days'.

The orders will be cleared on a first come, first served basis, clearing orders from oldest to newest. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.
