I changed my phone to iPhone 15. Took sim out of old phone put in new. Woke up today and all 75000 photos on my old phone with no sim has mysteriously disappeared. The photos are crucial to me as they of my dad who’s dying of aggressive brain cancer . Can anyone help me ?

Have they turned up on new phone? Maybe iCloud is behind it.

Hi @Jocjm54

Welcome to the community.

I am so sorry to hear this has happened and understand how important these photos must be.

Did you sign into your iCloud on your new iPhone?

@Jocjm54 , did you do a transfer from the old phone to the new one while both phones are near to each other? If so, they should be in the photo app on your new phone, and if you backed up everything to ICloud, which they advise you to do, then they should be there.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
