Ordered on 20/10 with a delivery of up to 20 days. This is 20 days today and no update on why it’s being delayed. Cosmic orange. What is the estimated time on this now please?

You shouldn't be facing any issues when calling our team directly, and if you do wish to speak to someone, then I would suggest trying again.
When calling 150, option 1 is our visual service, and the team will arrange a call back, or option 2 will list options to choose from and guide you to the right area to speak with.
Looking at our internal stock information, any order placed on 20/10/2025 for an iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange (all storage sizes) will be expected dispatch within more than 28 days.
You won't receive further updates until stock is assigned to your order. From there, you'll be updated directly, and DPD will assign a specific timeslot and delivery date. The best way to track this is using the DPD app, as @Northerner has mentioned above.
As soon as things start to progress, you will be updated as promised. But until that time, our team won't be able to provide any more detail than we have here.

Yes, just the generic, your orders on track emails. Can’t get through on phone to operator and live chat cuts you off when you try that. Poor customer service here for an easy update

It was up to 20 days when I ordered. If this increased then you should be notified. It’s the lack of communication here that is the issue.

I'm sorry for any confusion here @Nn55ely. Looking at the stock information, we haven't had any timescales of 20 days for this device. When you ordered, the guidance states more than 28 days.
There is no further communication as your order is pending stock. Once stock is assigned, then further updates will follow about your delivery. Until this point, there are no further updates we can provide.

I ordered mine on 19/102025 was told 28 days but now it’s 21 days so if it’s 21 days ordering today that means anyone who ordered when it was 28 days should be getting it sooner. It literally says online 21 days now.
