iPhone 17 pro max delivery

Hello, I've ordered iPhone 17 pro max on 19 October.  Silver colour 256gb memory. But I didnt received any update till now. Please help out and let me know how much time will it take more because I've read somewhere that normally phones are delivered in 14 days.

I’ve used the live chat and they ‘I'd like to assure you that your order will be delivered within 21 days.

Due to high demand for this product, there has been a delay in dispatch. However, there is a possibility that you may receive it sooner.’ 

21 days is up next Wednesday and I can see other people still waiting for their phones that have ordered before me so it seems not very promising that I’ll get it before or even on next Wednesday

What I think is that they themselves don't know whats to say to customers so they say same thing to everyone. Like when I called they said me It would take 30 days.

Just an update, I received a text last night from DPD and I got the phone delivered this morning, ordered 23rd October, received 7th November, iPhone 17 pro max 256gb silver

I ordered mine on the 15th October still no update but I did receive a useless one time pack today for the phone which was sent via dpd what a waste of time that was hoping it was my phone..a waste of dpd time too when it could of been posted...not happy at all..
