I ordered in store an iPhone 17 on the 24th of Sept and it says on the tracking that it has been dispatched on the 6th of Oct. Since I chose a store pick up, there was no any update from the tracking number after it was dispatched and it has been 3 days and there’s no new update, which is concerning as i do not know whether the store has my order already of not.

If you ordered your new iPhone in-store with our team, your order will definitely be placed, and the team should have confirmed all the new details with you.
The team will be waiting for stock to arrive so they can assign it to your order. Once this happens, you'll then get further updates when your new phone is ready to be collected.
If you have any concerns though, I'd suggest speaking to the store directly, and they'll be able to discuss your specific order.

I have received an email that my order has been dispatched two days ago and until now I don’t have any information about an update on my order. I chose to pick it up at a EE Store, since then no updates on my order only update I can get is it had been dispatched. How long does it take for an order to reach the EE store and to send me a message that I can pick it up?
