Hey all, 

Ordered the new iPhone 16 Pro Max, Black Titanium (256GB) on the 10th of October - my tracking hasn’t updated and it’s still not been dispatched. 

I know it’s a new phone, so imagine it’s on back order or something but can anyone shed any light on when I can expect to receive my new gadget?

@PeeterO123  you can expect delivery around 28 days after the order as per the listing on the website for that model spec. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you for letting me know - I did end up ringing CS and they gave me an updated stocklist of 21 days from date of order for my spec. 😁

Hello, i ordered same day as you and exactly same spec. Have you had any update? I noticed today that it’s down to dispatch in 21 days.

I’m still waiting for mine, sick and tired of ringing. I was told 3 days the other day so I’m looking at cancelling all together and going elsewhere.

i ordered 16th and said 28 days i also looked around and all the same none have stock so not a lot people can do even apple website says 7th november its just a waiting game nothing to do with EE
