iPhone 16 Pro Max - Says dispatched for 3 days.

Hi, I’ve ordered an iPhone 16 pro max, when I ordered it, it said next day delivery was available, however checking website today EE website says expect dispatch in 28 days. When I placed the order I got a text to say order has been successful and will be dispatched 25/09/24 next day delivery. I then got another text on the 26/09/24 saying ‘your order with EE has been dispatched, check email for tracking details via DPD NWD’ since that I’ve had no emails and no further texts. Has anyone else had this?? Currently needing the phone for work as mine is on its way out. I also spoke to a customer support member who assured me that the order had been placed, but couldn’t tell me when I could expect it to be delivered. I told them about the website saying 28 days and they said that’s just a ball park and they don’t actually know when they will be receiving more of them.

Sorry, but there is a wait and this also depends how many have ordered, as they are dispatched on a first come first serve basis. Not sure why you were. Told next day delivery, as it is down to Apple how many they deliver to each Network, and their website even says that it will be the middle to end of October.

 this is the last message/contact I have recieved from EE (on the 25/09/24). My issue is I have had no further contact to tell me it is going to be delayed. Unsure like yourself why I have been told next day but here it is in black and white.

I ordered mine 1 week ago and they did a terrible mistake after sorting out they booked me pro max instead of pro. Literally want to cry 

they told me it will be next day delivery, but nothing came . I have my order number and when I track the that it always shows that I be have placed an order . Obviously slot if people are ordering in same time they said they might have few in stock I think that’s why there is a delay

Hi ive been waiting on an iphone 16 pro max black for over 5 days now and it said it be deliverd within 48 hours but still nothing its been 5 days  its just been saying dispatched

I have had the same problem my current phone is on its way out and been waiting on this phone its starting to make me annoyed

 

You will get notification from EE when the phone is dispatched and one from DPD up to the evening before delivery and one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
