Hi, I order the iPhone 16 pro, 128gb in desert titanium. I have received confirmation email and I have received an email about my direct debit but when I go on to track order, it comes up saying session timed out and I cannot get on to see my order. I have tried this for a few days now. Ordered the phone 4 days ago.

Welcome to the EE Community. 

Have you tried clearing your cookies/cache and try again? Or try using an alternative browser? 

Looking at the website, it shows any orders placed before the 30th Oct had an expected dispatch of 7 days. 

If you haven't done so already I'd recommend downloading the DPD app so you're notified with the tracking details as soon as your handset has been dispatched.
