Hello,
According to credit reference agency a phone loan has been taken out in my name. When speaking to EE they cannot find anything in my name at my address. I have contacted the credit team at EE to send a letter to credit reference agency to confirm that there isn’t an account in my name and this is a mistake.
Can you advise how this will be resolved? As I can see from many peoples accounts that the issue has been unresolved and left a marker on their credit?
