Hi

I ordered a 14 pro seven days ago and was advised that dispatch is usually within seven days. I am still unable to track the phone or haven’t received any update from EE. 

Has anyone else had similar issues?

@RobLock   What colour and storage size as there are different waiting times. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Sadly yes!! Mines been on order since 22nd Dec I've followed up and chased with ee to be told it would be delivered today but nothing .. not test from DPD and nothing more from EE this was a Christmas present I'm really hoping it arrives 🙏

The EE Shop will show an expected guidance when the order is placed and any updates would show on the order tracker, as all orders are cleared on a first come, first served basis, clearing the oldest orders first.
