iPhone 14 pro max stock update

The EE website now says the iPhone 14 pro max are all in stock and should be dispatched within 1 day? Does this mean we will be getting our orders soon?

What is the latest update on stock? I ordered the 14 Pro Max purple 1tb a week ago and when I ordered it said within 7 day dispatch. Today is day 7 and I’ve had no update from EE as to what is going on. It still shows as 7 days on the website for that model yet I’m on day 7 and have nothing. I’ve called EE, one rep said they expect a 14 day delay another has said they know nothing about a delay. Shouldn’t EE be informing customers of delays rather than customers calling in for updates when there devices don’t arrive?

Ordered the 128gb silver pro max on the 7th oct and it’s on way tomoz. DPD just let me know

I’ll add to this that DPD emailed me and ee text me but if u go to order tracker on ee site it says it’s still not on the way so I wouldn’t take too much stock in ee’s online tracker. Also ee still shows 28 days and an over. When I ordered it was 21 days.

I had placed an upgrade order with the retention team over the phone (i was about to leave ee). I had received an email with the order confirmation but with no order number. I had obtained the order number after contacting customer services, but when i go on ee order tracking website i receive this message:

" Sorry, you can't track this order type just yet.

At this time, we can only provide tracking for orders with a pay monthly device. Items ordered with our superfast delivery service and some orders with multiple items also can't be tracked.

If you've ordered a pay as you go handset or device, or an EE SIM Only, your order should arrive within 48 Hrs. Keep an eye out for SMS or email updates from EE.

For the latest news on EE device launches, pop by the EE Community. "

 

Any idea why and how to track my order ?

Which colour and memory size did you order?

 

DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.

The current guidance is to expect dispatch within 21 days.

 

When did you place your order?

 

The tracker will update when there has been movement on your order.

You are talking at least 3 weeks man unless something happens with apple. But apple are saying 3-4 weeks for delivery on their own website so it’s gonna be the same or worse in other places. Mine was 3 weeks and I was originally told it be within a week. I’d buckle in and expect a pretty decent wait
