The EE website now says the iPhone 14 pro max are all in stock and should be dispatched within 1 day? Does this mean we will be getting our orders soon?

So basically they doubled the week oh my god 😅!!. Yeah, let's just hope it's November at this point rather than December!😂 I have good faith that it will still be the week of the 14th for the ones that are delayed.

Do you think yours will turn up 2-3 weeks from todays date or date of your order? Only asking because we ordered similar dates I’ve ordered the same iPhone on the 18th Oct so far 3 text messages saying good news your order is confirmed.

The current estimated timescale for that model is usually dispatched within 21 days, that's for people ordering today.
The orders are all sent out on a first-come, first-served basis clearing the oldest orders first.
Hopefully, you hear from DPD about the delivery soon
In other words, it really is just EE giving out the phones based on who was in the queue to order the phone first (customer service confirmed this to me today as well). Since we placed our order in the same week, I expect they will arrive sometime during the 14th week of this month or even a week later. They need to fill the old order requests first before they catch up to ours which I hope only means it will be a week late!

EE will only be able to fulfill orders using what stock they have of a particular iPhone model. If orders are being made faster than EE can keep replenishing stock it follows that waiting times will keep being lengthened. Apple themselves have said the Pro and Max are selling faster than they can be made! I really feel for anyone left in what must feel like limbo not knowing when their order will be dispatched. I waited about 3 weeks for my 128 GB Deep Purple Pro Max to be dispatched to DPD, everything was quiet regarding my pre-order and then “wham!” I got a message saying they had been handed over to DPD for delivery. Don’t forget also that most 14 Pro and Max models are being treated only as “pre-orders” meaning yes you can have one but only once we’ve got it in stock. I hope those waiting for their phones get them soon because I’m really loving using my 14 Pro Max. Peace :-))

I’m gonna be honest. I love ee and never had any real issue with them. But this year was awful. I ordered the pro max in silver 125gb. Took 5 weeks. Said 7 days when I ordered. I also ordered the ultra watch. Again 7 days but still has not arrived 5 week later. In this time I called up and was told by an advisor my items were coming “tomorrow”. That was 3 weeks ago now. I would call up 2 days later to be told by a nice woman that he had totally lied to me and she reported him. She was very helpful and discounted my bill for 12 months without me asking. I called again 2 weeks after this and again was told the exact same lie that it was coming tomorrow. I asked him to get me his manager so I could check he was being truthful and he hung up on me.
then yesterday I see the watch in stock in medium and I ordered small. I call and am told I can change to medium without any issue. Super easy barely an inconvenience. They pop me through to sales. I advise I want the same green strap but in medium. I tell him I don’t want any more credit checks and I want it delivered to my work address as it was already. He then cancels the old order totally and orders another WITH CREDIT CHECK. Then he changes the address on my account to my work address and not just the delivery address. So I get an email saying my home address is changed and then he changed it back. I get an email from equifax saying unusual behaviour on my account and I’m locked out of further credit. That’s a potential black mark on my credit agreement now until sorted. And now the best part…………. The guy accidentally orders the orange one that is not in stock like the green one. But is in fact over 28 days !!!! So all that so he could bump his KPI stats with a sale at my expense and it’s not even the correct item !!! Can’t make this up. I had to call again today and again a lovely lady couldn’t believe he did this the way he did. It took her 30 seconds to change the orange one he had accidentally ordered to the in stock green one. No credit check or address messing about.
I’m not gonna say this is what EE are like but this apple season seems to have been fumbled badly and they really have caused me some issues that I’ll still be sorting out in the coming weeks with my credit rating. DO NOT SIMPLY BELIEVE EE WHEN THEY TELL U ITS COMING. DOUBLE CHECK.
