Hello EE

I ordered by iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb Deep Purple on the 28/9/22 as an in store order. The sale representative stated specifically that it would be ‘up to 21 days’. He also said ‘it could be less too’.

I then called EE to check what was going on around a week and half later. They said 28 days. Then I checked on EE community and there are people from EE saying it is ‘over 28 days’ what’s going on?

Need some answers now and not guesses please. If it’s Apple that is causing the delay then please say?

Hello @SagarJeram ,

Welcome to the community,

This would be down to Apple causing the delay, as well as how many have ordered before you, as deliveries are done on a first come first serve basis. We have already written this in other threads, this is not customer service but a public forum, this happens every year, you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and on the day of delivery another one with a one hour window.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@SagarJeram  Apple cannot produce them quick enough they’re not just supplying devices to EE there are other uk networks and all the other countries.
Demand is extremely high so obviously there is a shortage.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I am quite aware of this.
I am just saying, like many others, why are we being told specific timeframes which are then constantly changing? If there is such a big back log of orders, which is expected, why not stop allowing orders for the time being.
