EE perks

I have an EE perk code to use I’m a new customer trying to order a new phone on a monthly contract but there is no where to input the voucher code. I have completed the order right up to the checkout page it’s asking for my card details to ‘pay now’ but there is no box to enter a code. Any help please?

It was earlier on bottom of the Extras page as "Got a gift voucher?".
