Hi. I ordered an iPad on Wednesday and had the order confirmation through yesterday. But nothing showing for delivery times, etc… the website said within 3 days but nothing. Any update? It’s the iPad 13” 512gb

@Leanne_T , I raised a formal complaint on Sunday, the complaint was cancelled on Tuesday with no response, contact or feedback.  I complained and it was reopened. 2 days later it was again cancelled with no response, contact or resolution.  It has been reopened but at this point I think the only way EE are going to sit up and listed is if I lodge a formal complaint with OFCOM because EE don’t seem able to do anything including follow their legally binding complaints procedure.

im now into my 8th EE agent because they don’t respond for 30 minutes and the ‘system’ flies in to no activity ‘holding skill’?

That chat message was posted an hour ago and the agent hasn’t reviewed or assisted, in fact they haven’t said ANYTHING since.

this is the absolutely DISGRACEFUL way you manage customers.

even calling 150, the current CLI is vague and difficult to navigate because the options don’t make sense

its just appalling .

…just in case anyone thinks I’m complaining for no reason.  There are I think 6 different agents in that lot and that is just between 10am and 1pm today!

Just had to correct you. Apple store has mid June deliveatleast on most models.

You don’t need to correct me as that implies I’m giving false or incorrect information thus making my complaint moot.

When I placed the order on 16th then replaced the order in 18th May the Apple Store AND EE said they had stock.  The EE agent I spoke with on the phone on 18th May whom checked stock, re-placed the order and took £110 up front payment and  ‘completed my order’ co firmed it was ‘In Stock’ at the time of ordering.

You are quoting from information ten days later, so of course it’s NOW showing June.

So RANDOMLY, I receive a text from EE yesterday (26th May 2024) that gave a THIRD order number and states my other is ‘On Track’!!!!!!

it provides absolutely NO other information!  When I use the order number on the ee order tracker it again states ‘On Track’ but considering it should have been delivered somewhere between the 39th and 23rd of MAY, I’d say it’s ’NOT ON TRACK’, but this additional complication has absolutely zero valuable or useful information and only further frustrates the situation
