What website is used for ordering? EE's or OR's?

No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

You need to speak to the internal Colleague Products team. None of the usual customer facing teams can help when it comes to this, you need to inquire internally.

Could you tell me how to contact the...  internal Colleague Products team...please

I don't work for EE, Openreach or any other BT Group company and as such don't have access to those details. This is a public customer forum.

It should be listed on the internal Intranet from a works computer. You may want to ask the question to your line manager or colleagues as they may have access to those details or a point of contact who can get the details for you.

Hi @memomemo,

Welcome to the Community!

If you check the intranet or speak with your line manager, then you should be able to get the information you need.
