Order confirmed of Samsung A35 5g - xko********* on 13th February
Confirmation email and called yesterday to be told order has been accepted but yet to receive any update in regards to delivery
Any idea?

If you've not heard anything yet, I'd recommend getting back in touch with our customer service guides @Lucas091.
They'll be able to check the account to see if the order has been updated for you.

Welcome to the community.
I'm sure there is nothing to worry about this. You don't usually get any details about delivery until DPD have collected the phone. You'd then get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app to let you know the tracking details and when to expect delivery.
Generally deliveries are Monday to Friday so you may not hear anything until tomorrow evening or even Monday morning if the phone was in stock.
The main thing is that if our team have said it was accepted, it will be processing.

Thanks for the reply.
Phone was showing in stock, delivery 1-2 days but still yet to hear anything after the order confirmation email. Up front payment also taken!
