Payment not showing on balance?

Hi, I had a credit of £3.73 on my mobile account.

On the 4th August I paid £11.27 so the total should have been £15 in credit.

On the 4th August my bill was generated with a bill of £15.48ish

I pay before bill so the money is there when the bill is generated.

On my account it's now says I need to pay my bill?

I can't speak to anyone at the moment I'm just puzzled?

Thanks all

Hi

Thanks for your comment.

My bill was generated 4/8/25 to be paid by 12/8/25.

I realised what had happened when I went into pay bill to see the balance and it was only a few pounds

So I paid the balance and it's all sorted

Just having a senior moment 😁

@shreevsy : You sure 4th Aug is the date the bill is posted on your a/c & not the day you are meant to pay the bill which would have been generated about a week earlier?
