Call ended

Is anyone else having problems with calls on their phone? Mine’s not been working for make calls or receive calls - the live chat doesn’t work either so EE aske me to call 150 and I can’t call customer service.

@eehelp i got a contract you took £50 however never sent me a email or anything to confirm. However money was removed from my bank account

I placed my order yesterday morning, I also have had no emails or any contact to let me know what's happening but they still took £30 from my account. My order number doesn't work either. Is this a scam

Resolved! 404 Page not found

Ordered a phone. Paid the £30 upfront payment then went to 404 page not found and I’ve had no email confirmation!! What happens now?

Resolved! Sim Only Delivery

I ordered a new Sim Only card on 20th May and it still has not arrived. As it’s Royal Mail 2nd Class, I have no way of tracking the order.Is 9 days or 6 working days normal for delivery?

Where is my TV

I ordered a TV on Saturday 24th, received a confirmation, received a dispatch note on Monday 26th stating delivery in next 48 hours.3 days later, nothing, no TV or emails or anything?
