Placed an order via telephone for a new sim only deal on 29-10-2025 - three days ago - and I'm going to cancel it because its not what I need.  Unfortunately, I can not get to talk to anyone because no one is home at EE.  So I'm going - bye bye!

You'd still be able to cancel even after the SIM arrives within the 14 days and you won't need to call to do that.

Welcome top the community,

You will need to ring customer service to cancel your order, we have no way of knowing who you are nor any account access, you have to do this yourself. If you ring customer service and press option 2, this should get you through to one of the guides.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Rung those numbers 12 times in last two days with no answer - longest wait without answer was 42 mins (told it would be 30 mins).  They only need to keep this up for another 12 days and it will be outside the 14 day cancellation period - very clever.
