Why has EE drawn on a DD after I cancelled my account at the end of the contract

I chose not to renew my contract. Got a pac and moved to giffgaff. Today EE has drawn its normally monthly DD from me. How do I get the funds back? I don't owe the company anything, they have taken money they are not due.

When did you move to GG? if it was on or after your normal billing date (about a week ago) your bill was already rendered & the DD put in motion. You should be getting a final bill soon crediting you for the time after you left EE. Keep your DD live to receive it.
