Hi @Ab1998 It's great news to hear that you've placed an order with us, I'm sorry to hear that you've not received a confirmation email though.
Did your screen show a confirmation reference after you completed the order?
I'd recommend checking your spam folder too, as your email provider may have flagged the email as spam.
