i buy iphone 15pro max and paid 300£ upfront but now they send me a massage to call costumer care but after 5 long hours of call still no one is picking call and available for talk. 

what to do with it

i booked iphone 15 pro max 256 gb and paid 300£ upfront fee. after payments they told to call customer care but after 5 hours of long waiting still can't connect. 

then i received a massage regarding problem occurred with order and again to call customer care but same no one is picking call and waiting line is too long

300£ upfront is debited from my account. what to doo

I had the same thing when trying to upgrade my plan and pre order the new iPhone 15 pro, I payed upfront they took the money and then told me to phone them to complete the order but the lines are down and NO ONE picks up after hours on hold, such a bad service. 

no i am not . i want to join ee but this happen how can i talk to ee person coz no one connecting through call

so what you did. any solution 

@rajatchamiyal  you’ll have to keep trying and be patient.  You need to speak with them or your order will not proceed and you’ll be refunded.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I think the point here is that shouldn’t be how it works, you place an order, pay money for it and then have to spend 3+ hours on hold to actually do what? Confirm the order because EE didn’t have the hindsight to make sure everything would work smoothly? It’s absolutely shocking
