Call for order confirmation

Hi, I made an order for an iPhone 15 pro max, I was told to call the number to confirm some details for my order to be processed. I tried calling them 3 times and all three times calls were over 2 hours yet no response. How do you expect people to call and confirm when no one picks up the call. This is really frustrating.

Same here, placed my order earlier, got the email telling me to phone up to confirm (despite taking £30 from my account), I was on hold for an hour and a half before I gave up, I guess it's no upgrade for me! Absolutely awful service, iPhone launches are arguably the busiest days of the year for mobile providers, how can you be this woefully underprepared for it?

Same issue. Repeatedly. I have not once confirmed an order. But have have apparently used 3 perks codes and have still not succeeded with an order. The website also crashes every time. Infuriating.

My first order said I needed to call I phoned the upgrade team they said it didn’t go through and she put it through but know a 14 day wait

anyone here who tried to postpaid plan with iphone 15? i got charged from my card but got no confirmation or text about my order

Hi there, 

if you ordered online and you were given an order number but told to call, YOU WILL NEED TO CALL 

my order did this and was told it did not process correctly and they have to resubmit the order over the phone!!! Yes, wait times are extremely high right now but if you want to complete your order, call them and wait!

Thats the problem when i made the downpayment there was no email confirmation and not even any information when the payment was processed so i dont know what to do.

I highly suggest you call them, wait times are still quite high but if they’ve taken a payment they should be able to find an order of some sorts and process it over the phone

I placed my order over web chat was told it was placed then got text saying 

Hi from EE, your order for Iphone 15 pro max was not placed successfully and we are getting backend error, please contact us again. Thank you.

went back on web chat again was told there tools were down and they would place this order again they said this it was successful and would receive confirmation in 24-48 hours and delivery should be on 23rd of September or 24th of September.

Same thing just happened to me… No one’s answering despite taking money from my account
