I bought a montly pre-order iPhone and sim yesterday and made my payment. I did not receive any information. When will the product arrive, a number where I can track it, etc. I'm not even sure whether the product will arrive or not. I cannot reach customer service.

Hey there no one on here can tell you that as we don’t have access to that kinda info. Best option is to ring CS.

Ring or message CS on the My EE app and they can give you a order number/reference 

In terms of tracking, it’s waiting for DPD alerts which won’t be until the day before. Download the DPD app and make sure your mobile number and emails are added in the settings so you’ll be able to see it instantly!

@Hazallin   You got an order number when you made that order if you did this online,    Did you not save this ?  It had the tariff details on it and any upfront price you paid and the tariff monthly cost.  It was right at the top of the page after you confirmed the order.   it’s started with a XKO. 
 You’ll not get tracking yet as  there is nothing to track as nothing has been allocated to you. 

But check your spam folder 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Same issue sounds like they scammed you just like they scammed me, I preordered and tried to upgrade they took my money and then told me to phone them and I have tried to phone loads but just get put on hold for hours on end no one picks up, total crap

If your contract was rejected, the money should be able in your account within seven days.
