I ordered a new phone 2 days ago, however i have no code to give the delivery driver yet. It says it will be sent to my phone via text which is no good because my phone is broken and i cant access my texts.

@DannyG01 can you put your Sim into a different device ? You can get the code from the DPD app or online account that you can create but your problem is you will not be able to receive a text to confirm the account.

I have put my sim in a different phone however it won’t connect to any signal so I can’t make calls or receive texts still. DPD only have my phone number as an option to send the code too. Could I get it send via email instead as I can still access that?
