Hello! On the 11th I applied for a monthly payment plan and with an iphone 13 pro max apine green. I received an xko code in my email and nothing else. Does anyone know if it was approved or not?

Ordering phone

I've just tried to upgrade online EE took my up front cost then it said we need to pause, they are dealing with some technical issues and we can't process your order right now, what shall I do?
