Order tracking not available

I upgraded my phone and plan yesterday, it’s a pay monthly plan. I’ve received an email with and XKO number.my plan e.g data calls etc has been updated on my account, but I’ve had no delivery email off EE or Courier.can someone help?@eehelp

Order and delivery

Hi I upgraded yesterday was told to Expect my new phone today. I’ve not received any confirmation of this or any order number to track it with dpd, nor have I received any time slot messages to say when it’s getting delivered.
