You have agreed to enter into a services on demand arrangement. This means you authorise us to take payment from the registered debit or credit card every time you pay for an eligible product directly with your card. You can cancel this at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your first purchase, you'll get a refund for any unused services. For detailed Terms and Conditions see ee.co.uk/cardterms

I have the same issue, on the website it just says "You can cancel your Card Payment arrangement at any time by calling 150 or via MyEE". There is no actual tutorial on how to cancel it via MyEE, and after going through every single web page within the app, there is no way to cancel it via MyEE, and I was tricked into agreeing to this in the first place. So far I've spent 1hr like a moron trying to find a way to cancel it without having to call. I've made screen recordings and taken screenshots as proof just in case it's needed in the future for a lawsuit.

Thanks for joining us on Community @Shandar21
Agreeing to Services on Demand simply means you have saved your card details to your account, so that you don't need to enter it into your phone each time you want to top up or make a purchase through your phone.
No payments are taken unless you are making a purchase.
If you'd like opt out of this please call our Customer Service team on 150 from your handset where a guide will be able to remove this for you.
