Hi,
I upgraded my phone yesterday and upgraded to the Z Fold 6 with the offer of a free pair of Galaxy Buds3 Pro.
The website says the Buds will be delivered to me 15-30 days after the order has been placed, but the lady I did the upgrade with yesterday said I would have to claim them with Samsung?
There is no mention of the Buds3 Pro on the order email/invoice that was sent to me either.
Can someone please clarify how these will be claimed or if they will be sent out by EE as the website says?

Received a text from dpd to say they will be delivering my ee parcel between 10:19-11-19 looks like we're getting them guys 🥳

Odd. Well within the Promo Period. I Suppose the "While Stocks Last" thing COULD apply, but it would seem harsh having Pre-Ordered so Early.
Someone I know has also been told they are catagorically not getting any Buds with their pre-order either.

Did you receive a text message after receiving your handset confirming eligibility for the free buds?

no, so went into store where i was told they would automatically be sent to me ???

@Aggie2511 Provided you meet the eligibility criteria, these were due to be sent automatically between 15 and 30 days from when the phone was dispatched to the address registered on your account.
Customers that are eligibly also should have received a text confirming this, though.
