Trying to add a Xbox series to my monthly mobile plan (£42 a month) won’t allow it but I can purchase one or apply for EE finance. Anyone know why?

Hi @Soco85,
If you select option two at the start of your call, you'll be able to select an option to speak to a mobile guide.
