I placed an order online and had an email saying...... Successful EE order reference: XKO*********
when i I try and track my order it won’t let me and I’ve had no other emails except the first email....
Any ideas what this means?

I ordered online on 13th , iPhone 14 pro max 128GB silver and I got XKO , when I track my order munger it just said “ sorry , we cannot show your detail right now “

I got the same problem.
Ordered an Unlimited Sim 24 months Plan on 14/01/2024 can't track the order.
Also today i got a message from number 249 asking for feedback about the delivery. But i have not received the delivery yet and haven't got any update.
Please help.
