I placed an order online and had an email saying...... Successful EE order reference: XKO*********
when i I try and track my order it won’t let me and I’ve had no other emails except the first email....
Any ideas what this means?

Hi,
It's a new connection. I bought a 24 months unlimited SIM deal on 14.01.2024. Still haven't received the SIM and haven't got any updates. Only the initial email with the XKO code. On the website it says it would be delivered in about 2 working days. Still waiting and I don't know what to do.
Please Help me

I just called customer service and the guy was able to help me, ordered a new sim for me and should come on Monday
