Trying to change my Inclusive Extra

My extra was set to Netflix but now I get that as part of my EE broadband package so I'm trying to swap to the Roaming pass but it isn't giving me the option to do so.

Thanks for coming here. 

Have you had the inclusive extra for more than 30 days? 

If you log into the EE app and select add-ons, do you have the Roam Abroad Pass showing as active already?

It shows the netflix as being the active one and everything else is greyed outIt shows the netflix as being the active one and everything else is greyed out

I believe netflix has been the active add-on since last summer

Could you try changing it on a different device/browser, or through the EE App please? Let me know if it works.

Ah, okay - the app says I can't swap the extra until the 7th of June. That's probably the date of having this contract for a month. That's annoying.
