Hi there I ordered a iPhone 17 pro max and received a Samsung s26 I think an I gonna receive this phone as I’ve been dying to get a new phone and will I even receive it

Hi there I had a iPhone 17 pro max which I ordered and payed 10 one for delivery today and when I received it was a Samsung will I accaully get my iPhone 17 pro max or not

Welcome to the community,

No, you would have to speak to customer service, in order to return  the Samsung phone first and then probably start your order again, but I strongly advise you to speak to customer service, as it appears that someone has mixed up the order somewhere along the line and it could be that someone else got your order instead or not. Sorry this has happened to you, as it has never happened to me and I suspect not to others either.

Most likely it will get resolved aslong as the phone came from them my problem was that dpd messed up and I got a phone from sky, so I then went to an ee store to get a new phone for the meantime and they cancelled the missing phone, but I’m still waiting on a return bag for the phone from sky

@Luk3tj1 , if it came from sky, then you need to contact them to return it, I would have thought, as it did not come from EE but sky, and EE have nothing to do with Sky, they are a company in their own right.

No EE customer service told me not to ring sky as they themselves would sort it out hence why I’m waiting 2 month for a return bag, but I’m not going to ring them again if they want the phone they can call me
