Hello,
First of all, it was a wrong colour delivered. And It shocked me to see how a new iphone which we are paying close to £800 & up at the end of a contract were delivered.
It was in a grey plastic bag without anything to protect the iPhone packaging box. All the corners and edge of the box are damaged and scratches all over. The iPhone package looks as if someone played football with it. If I was buying a refurbished phone from some corner phone re-seller, than may be its ok. but as I said above, we are pretty much paying the full price of a phone which are not cheap.
Is this how EE treat customer experience? Just seen the damaged packaging Box gives a second thought, if I should stay with ee or need to look elsewhere...

@toy001 You need to report this back to EE customer services so the correct colour can be sent out and that one returned. How DPD treated that item once in their possession is also not acceptable and you need to report that to EE and DPD because I can bet that item didn’t leave the warehouse in that state.

Thank you very much for your reply Chris.
yes may be DPD wasn't treated the parcel nice, but sending out a phone in a plastic bag without any protection ( not even a bobble wrap) not sure how well the replacement phone will be arrived if its send again the same unprotected...

Sounds like a standard DPD delivery.
But we're you buying the box or the phone. As long as the phone isn't damaged then there should be no issue.
Less packing is better for the environment, especially plastic bubble wrap. All manufacturers have reduced their packing and you'll very rarely receive packing. Even Amazon have reduced packing which is now paper and adds no protection.
Thanks
