Same has happened to me with the S23 Ultra was out for delivery yesterday then message saying something happened and would be today but still nothing. I have called them and they don't know where the phone is and can't get through to Hinkley. i've taken 2 das holiday and they reply was wait to see if comes tomorrow

Hey,

i have called the DPD team several times and they cannot help they just say I have to wait for an email and don't know what is happening. I did speak to EE on 150 however they have advised the phone is with DPD and to wait for them

I understand how frustrating this must be, please allow the timescale provided and if you still have not received your phone by tomorrow come back and let me know so I can look into this further.

After taking another days holiday DPD have confirmed not sure where phone is now as not been scanned for 48 hours... Called EE who have advised they need to now send a form to DPD that can take 3 days for a response and once confirmed lost will send me another one. so it seems  I go from getting a phone a few days early from release to now getting it well after release date....
