Wrong delivery address

I have ordered 2 house phones, I put my house number in 51, but I've had an email with delivery address 5, the person at this address is not at home, what happens if they can't deliver them, it's stupid that you can't change the address, will I get a refund??

Hi @Masterkitten45,

Welcome to the EE Community

Once a returned device is scanned back into our warehouse it will typically take up to 72 hours for the order reversal to be completed. Once the order is reversed and the refund is processed, if it was a card payment it would typically be back with you within a further 1-4 days.
