Hello @Mofayz21 ,

Welcome to the community,

We cannot make the decision for you. All I can say, I have had a contract with EE when it was Orange, since 1995. That will be up to you to decide. Take a look at the plans that are available, also check where you are and find out how the network is there or where you are most likely to use your phone. I personally have good connections, when I think it was first available with Orange, there were many dead areas, but now, you are much less likely to not have a connection. You also have the possibility of wifi calling if you have internet when signal is not so good, so long as you have one of the more modern phones of course.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi @Mofayz21

Get a PAYG SIM and try the network out.

Thanks

In my opinion, yes.

I have been a customer since T-Mobile and the only 'slight issue' there has been was this year's pre-order of an Apple Watch; which were in short supply everywhere.

Disclaimer: I like to stick with a company unless there's a major issue.
