Nearly two hours waiting and then cut off, message is closed ! Is this normal I dont have time for this

Do you have a query that the community may be able to help with?

Phone delivered, but just an empty box filled with screws, tried to call 150 and no one picks up

So far I am up to nearly two hours waiting is there a number someone might answer?

Please say you have a photo/video of this?.... This sounds impressive.

But no, 150 is the best number to call.

EE online via app, still not resolved, Im going to cancel contract,shame 5 good years, but I need a phone. Cant cancel though until I return the phone that wasnt delivered, brilliant

So to add some positive balance, Ive just taken a call from someone in the investigation team and they were lovely, completely understood my frustration and a new phone will arrive tomorrow, feel guilty now if I could I would remove the original post

dont! you need to show the kind of mistakes this company makes! this should NEVER have happened, and it is NOT ok!
