I placed an order 08/10 for an IPhone 14 Plus 256Gb Starlight, I paid upfront for my early upgrade and was issued an email with order number. 

When I placed my order it said item usually dispensed within 1 day of ordering.

 

I have tried multiple times to check the order tracker and it says unable to check the status of my order.

Could someone please look in to this and let me know when to expect my device? My current phone is on its last legs due to battery issues hence the order of a new phone.

You'll be lucky to receive it that quick as these devices are on backorder. If order tracking isn't available then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@utn786   You ordered Saturday and it says usually dispatched in one day not that it will be dispatched in one day.  At best you’ll get this device tomorrow.

Have you downloaded the DPD app? 

If you use the email address and postcode you entered at checkout, this will show you any deliveries scheduled for your address?

Hi I’ve tried that. The order number given by EE does not correspond to the DPD delivery number. I don’t think the order has been created to be honest. Thank you though. 

Would appreciate if someone from @EE would respond and help. As 150 did not help at all.
