Will i have to make any re payment

I Hope Someone can Understand me Because the customer support didn't understand me, I created a new account on EE and i applied for iphone 15 pro, my application was accepted and my payment process completed. BUT due to some wrong address i didn't receive the parcel after many days when i spoke to EE customer Support they said your parcel is returned to the warehouse now i want to ask what shall i do...? Should i wait for my order to be canceled or should i place a new order now..?

But now i want to change address and phone number in my order, so what is better for me now..?

 

if i place a new order before the old order is canceled because it has not been recevied by me and has gone to the warehouse and i place a new order will i have to pay any money...?

Welcome to the community. 

Once your order has been received back into the warehouse a refund will automatically be processed. 

If you wish to place another order with the correct address then you can do so, however, you will be required to pay any upfront costs.

my order was canceled on the 24 Dec, so how much longer do you think i have to wait to update my account and place a new order...?

Hi @lucky897

You should be able to place another order once your account has been updated.

Refunds can take up to 14 days.

The account will be closed and a refund will be processed.

When ordering again you will have a new account opened.

Should i send the account Close Request now or send the close request after the account is updated...?

You will not need to do anything @lucky897

Once your return has been processed through our warehouse it will automatically be updated and closed. 

If you wish for this to be looked into further please give us a call.
