I’m having the same issue , I received a confirmation email and then 2 minutes later I got an email saying that it’s been cancelled, is there an issue with raybans at the moment?

Was it the Ray-Ban Meta Skylar sunglasses that you'd ordered?
Were they being purchased outright or on paid monthly on Add to Plan on a mobile contract?
