Shoddy service, will never use EE again to preorder a game. Every other online retailer ships game preorders 1-2 days early so they arrive for release day. EE haven't shipped anything.
Disgusting.

@ySoCereal How do you know you'll not get it tomorrow. You don’t always get tracking or updates that’s it’s been shipped. If release day is tomorrow then you have to wait till tomorrow.

Never met a company in my life that doesn't update order status. It's only at "security" not even processed/processing stage.
Regardless this is a shoddy way to do business. They should know gamers wait often years for games so when you preorder you expect it release day.

@ySoCereal It’s a pre order and pre orders are not a guarantee of delivery on release day. Never has been never will be. I didn’t know someone who plays gamers is more important than any one else as that’s what you’re implying. Get over yourself.
It’s also not tomorrow yet so your complaint is about what exactly? Not receiving it before launch day ?
not to forget if you do get this game tomorrow, you could be getting it at 5 o’clock tomorrow afternoon.

2 days later I’m still waiting for it! It’s just sitting at the delivery depot since yesterday morning!!!! Will never order from ee again! Absolute shamble of a service for pre-orders!!!!!

“Get over yourself”? That’s a little bit uncalled for isn’t it. EE promoted a pre order service. It was not the customer demanding for EE to offer this as an option. If a company makes the decision to allow pre orders for a particular item then they need to deal with the complaints that come from them. Pretty simple really. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and talk about bad service they have been provided. No need to make it personal. I hope you are having a better day.
