Upgraded 21Dec22, and got conf email saying usually dispatched within 1 working day. Just tried to track the order but no info. Where can I get info on my order? I expected it last week.

It was only available in black: and it was the 256GB

Ordered 20th of feb, got confirmation email but have had no updates. Zfold 4 256gb Phantom black. I have tried tracking my order and still unable to see where my phone is. Could someone please update me as to when the 1 day delivery is meant to happen?

Ordered 21st Feb, got a confirmation email to say will be dispatched in 1 day and also haven't heard anything. I have tried to track the order and it comes up with an error message. This was an early upgrade. Have paid an upfront cost for the phone too. Any ideas on what the issue is as I don't appear to be the only one.

Iphone 12 (blue) . Nothing on my plan has changed. It just shows another error message saying "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later"
