Upgraded 21Dec22, and got conf email saying usually dispatched within 1 working day. Just tried to track the order but no info.  Where can I get info on my order?  I expected it last week.

Same has happened to me, got confirmation email and haven’t heard anything else 🤷🏻‍♀️

Samsung galaxy s22 ultra 256 black. Since my message I contacted dpd who told me to contact ee and to ask ee to open a case with dpd as it is lost. I did that 3 days ago and still no word on my phone.

Unfortunately I have received no further communication from ee as yet. I don’t even know if ee opened a case with dpd. Would appreciate if someone can check what is happening

I have also not received my Samsung Galaxy S22 ordered last week, confirmed by email - no info online about delivery.  There's quite a worrying theme going on here!
