Waiting 5 days for my next day delivery and counting. Dpd have allegedly tried to deliver but their photo is for a house 3 miles away.  EE are contractually required to sort the delivery but appear to think it is the customers job to chase DPD. If you can get hold of DPD you are doing better than me. Totally useless customer service

You will have to ring customer service and speak to them, as this is not customer service and there is no account access, sorry.

I'm sorry to hear there has been a problem with your delivery.

Was the agent you spoke to able to confirm we have supplied DPD with the correct delivery address?
