Hi. I upgraded my phone and started a new contract last week. I did it all online and 5he phone was posted to the Chippenham branch. I was unable to collect as I have no valid ID. So the shop assistant said it would be posted back. What do I do now?

How did you expect to pick up the device without ID?
If you have ID then go back tomorrow.

Thanks. I've used my passport as id in many places even though it's expired. They have sent it back to wherever it's came from. I'm just wondering what I do now as I've had no confirmation of anything from ee

@Ollytgibson when your account reverts back to its upgrade state you’ll be able to upgrade at an EE store. this’ll take around 7 days.
For any sort of delivery store or home you need valid ID that’s in date. Places that are excepting your out of date ID shouldn’t be doing this.
